A Simple Do it Yourself Anti-Aging Course

 


Due to demand for a simplification of my anti-aging books and methods, I have put it all together in this simple, easy to use method. This uses the 2:1 ratio.  2 Parts Body to 1 Part Spirit

 
This routine works best not overdone, but performed every 3 to 4 days.


 
Body
 
Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. - Take the SOD Mix...........(or you can make it yourself)

Next perform a medium run/jog or bicycle ride. Enough to get your metabolism / blood flowing.

Afterwards, take organic Sunflower Seeds and Raisins along with 1 Vitamin E capsule and 1 Potassium Glutamate Capsule and Spring Water. Vitamin E is the worlds most powerful anti-aging vitamin and it synergizes nicely with Sunflower Seeds.
 

 
Body

Between 3 and 4 p.m. perform Resistance Exercises.

Spirit

After performing the resistance exercise, take a 20 minute to 1 hour break and then perform an an anti-aging meditation.

Before performing the anti-aging meditation, take 2 teaspoons of Brain Booster / Food (or you can make it yourself)

After the anti-aging meditation, take some Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with Spring water.

For dinner take any of the following:

Cottage Cheese with Sardines or 8oz of Plain Yogurt mixed in with Flax Seeds and 2 teaspoons of
Cinnamon, sweetened with Honey and drink with spring water.

Before bed, take 1 to 2 capsules of Overnight RejuveneEssence....... (or you can make it yourself)
with plenty of spring water.


The Next Morning Take the Zeolite Detox Formula



Performing this routine every 3 to 4 days will leave your body's muscle tone firmed up and you feeling refreshed and energized.
